Our menu
We always set our menu according to the season and serve modern, Scandinavian food with vegetables from our own gardens. In keeping with our vision for sustainable fine dining, we also use carefully selected animal ingredients. Here you can have lunch outside in our garden or have a five-course dinner inside our dining room.

Our farmstead
Sustainability is important to us. Therefore, our culinary vision involves taking full advantage of the land around Ulriksdals Värdshus to create our very own farmstead. Much of what you get on your plate grows in this 1.5-hectare agricultural oasis.

Swedish Christmas buffet
Since the 19th century, Christmas tables have been set up at Ulriksdals Världshus, a tradition we intend to continue. Every year around Christmas, we serve a classic Christmas table made with many ingredients from our own farm.

Party venue
Birthday, wedding or just a cozy, big family dinner? We have three different rooms for private events. Here, your party of 20 - 70 people can be accommodated so you can enjoy a unique dining experience in a calming and natural environment.

Ulriksdals Värdshus
Emmer can be found inside the beautiful Ulriksdals Värdshus. The stately building was constructed as early as 1868 and carries many memories. In 2020, we opened the doors for Emmer restaurant with a vision to create a modern fine dining experience that also protects our environmental surroundings.
